Chloe Ketchmark is Michael Ketchmark's daughter, and she grew up understanding that the hard work of a trial lawyer changes the course of people's lives. It is the reason she does this work. After graduating Order of the Coif from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she served on the Kansas Law Review’s Executive Board, Chloe clerked for the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She then joined the Federal Rights Team at Legal Aid of Western Missouri, representing people with no ability to pay for legal counsel. That is where a lawyer learns what a case means to the person living it, and this experience guides how Chloe approaches every case.

Chloe has been part of the trial team on some of the firm's largest matters. But most of her work happens away from the courtroom, alongside Scott McCreight on the appellate side of the firm's cases, drafting post-trial motions and briefs that determine whether a verdict our clients won is a verdict they keep. She is thorough in a way that matters months later, when the record contains exactly the document the case needed, and she treats the client at the center of a case as the reason the work is being done at all.

She received her undergraduate degree in pure and applied mathematics from Boston University, and she is currently pursuing a master's degree in biostatistics at Brown University.

Her practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, class action, and complex litigation. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys running, sewing, and spending time with her husband, Diego, and their two dogs.
