Ben Fadler has spent his career preparing and trying cases to juries across Missouri and Kansas. His background and experience provides our firm with a huge advantage in representing clients. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Ben spent nearly a decade taking cases to trial for the insurance companies and corporations we now go up against.

Ben learned firsthand how insurance companies evaluate cases and what it takes to get an insurance company to pay a claim. Ben has now put that experience to work for our clients and has been instrumental in paving the way for a number of our firm's largest settlements before suit was filed. Beyond settlement, Ben knows how to take a case to trial and has done so many times over the years. Ben's combination of trial skill and exceptional settlement tactics have been a huge part of our firm's continued success.
